- Keep your table cleaned
- Do not make any noise likely to disturb or annoy the customers. Be
considerate
- Do not cough, sneeze or spit within sight or hearing of customers
- Be pleasant, put a smile in your voice, but do not grin all the time
Ensure that the customer has everything he needs, if he happens to ask
for anything that is not on the list, as your immediate superior
