- Walk briskly but not run
- Do not walk briskly when leading guests to their seat
- If a guest drops a napkin or flatware, replace it with a clean one
- Do not yell in the kitchen. Any problems with food should be directed to
the manager
- If there is any problem with either the food or the drink do your best to
fix it and make the guest happy. You can suggest another drink, or offer to
take it off the bill or make it again to the guest’s instructions. Be sure to
inform the manager immediately
